About The Event
On the first Wednesday of each month, in our new location, TMDC hosts their monthly club meeting. Doors open at 5:15, and the meeting begins at 6 pm. Each month we have different guest speakers, speaking on various issues from Veterans Rights, and local government, to discussing other issues on our ballot.
Please join us for our next scheduled general meeting as we continue our deep dive into the political landscape of our community and surrounding areas. This May, the Tehachapi Mountain Democratic Club is thrilled to announce that our guest speaker will be Lori Pesante, Executive Director of the Sierra Club’s Kern-Kaweah Chapter. Many of our members are long-time Sierra Club supporters, and this is a wonderful opportunity to keep us updated and to introduce our newer members to their vital mission of protecting our air, water, and local ecosystems.
